The Career Development Centre aim to provide students of the university with a quality career guidance and information service focused on facilitating and empowering you to manage your own career development and make effective career transitions. We do this in a variety of ways:     
  • Students and recent graduates can use Careers Connect to view upcoming events and job, internship or funding opportunities.‌  
  • Careers events include career seminars, alumni and expert panels, employers fairs, employability workshops, in-class talks.  

  • Employability Award which recognises what you have learned and the skills students have developed through work and extra-curricular activities. 

  • Elective module: Career Development and Employability Skills BI3103. 

  • Workbased learning preparatory programme within courses with placement. 

  • Careers information for studentssharepoint shares careers resources exclusive to our students 

  • Appointments are available during term for current, registered students - our team can be reached through Careers Connect or by visiting in person during our office hours.
